Terms and Conditions

By booking a cruise with Discovery Cruises Cyprus, you agree to the following terms and

conditions:

1. Booking and Payment

● Full payment is required to confirm your reservation.

● All bookings are subject to availability.

2. Cancellation Policy

● No cancellations or changes are accepted within 24 hours before the

scheduled departure time. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, no refund

will be issued.

● Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure may be eligible for a

rescheduling or refund, at the discretion of the company.

3. Changes to Itinerary

● We reserve the right to alter or adjust the cruise itinerary, including swim stops

and route, due to weather conditions, sea state, or other safety considerations.

● Changes are made to ensure passenger safety and comfort and do not constitute

grounds for a refund.

4. Cancellations by Discovery Cruises Cyprus

● We reserve the right to cancel a trip at any time due to force majeure events

(including but not limited to storms, mechanical failure, strikes, safety concerns, or

other extraordinary circumstances).

● In the event of a cancellation by us, customers will be offered a full refund or an

alternative date.

5. Passenger Responsibility

● All passengers must arrive at the boarding point at least 10 minutes before

departure.

● Passengers are responsible for the supervision of children while onboard.

● We reserve the right to refuse boarding to anyone under the influence of alcohol or

behaving in a disruptive or unsafe manner.

6. Liability

● Discovery Cruises Cyprus is not responsible for any personal belongings lost,

damaged, or stolen during the cruise.

7. Photos and Media

● We may take photos or videos during the cruise for promotional purposes. Please

notify the crew if you do not wish to appear in any media.
